Foi cru, foi sentido, foi terapêutico, foi despido de tudo o que não era essencial. Foi genuíno.

Este foi o primeiro retiro que fotografei.

Foi intenso à sua maneira, mas sem exageros. Sem nada forçado. Cada pessoa estava ali no seu processo, de forma muito real.

E isso marcou-me mais do que estava à espera.

Ficou a sensação de que, às vezes, não é preciso muito para acontecer alguma coisa importante — só o contexto certo e disponibilidade para estar.

E é isso que ainda hoje vejo nestas fotografias. 👁️✨

É sobre criação, identidade e tudo o que começa por dentro.

Na altura, senti que a Sofia estava a atravessar um daqueles momentos em que a vida muda de forma silenciosa.
Hoje, ao rever estas imagens, percebo que já ali se via o início do seu caminho autoral ainda suave, mas verdadeiro.

É isso que mais amo na fotografia: captar o que está a germinar, antes de ganhar nome.
