Cleanup Crew 🌊
Met a couple at Hollywood beach who was happy to see me carrying my Mamiya C220 around. He told me about the film cameras he used specifically for underwater scuba diving 🤿 over 30 years of marriage in this picture.

ACTIVE FUN 🏃‍♀️ Part two. This one’s about the training nobody sees — the intervals, the bleacher sets, the one more rep when you’d rather stop. Nike Running

Waiting in Traffic
Anyone who lives or has moved to South Florida, specifically Miami can you tell you about the traffic. It’s only gotten worse and worse over the course of a few years to the point I started trying to calculate how much time I waste sitting in it. In one day it can be 3 hours, in a week it can be 24 hours, in a month…well you get it. And then I asked a friend about his dreams and I said “what are you waiting for?”…
”The right time,” he replied. It made me question a lot about time while I sat there waiting in traffic. HONK***

Slow Down 🌴
Life for me has been busy and looks like it’s only about to get busier. It’s been a constant reminder to slow down and notice those small things again. My wife took me to Dania Pier and it helped. It was a breath of fresh air quite literally. I know we all have things on our plate and I’m sure that feeling of “I’m already behind” creeps up but don’t forget to slow down and enjoy life too.

Green light, Red light 🚦
There are a lot of times that I just step outside with the idea of doing photography but I never have a specific route. Most, if not always, I follow this impulsive internal GPS.

Anybody else do this and what was your best experience?

A weekend at the Biltmore was needed and can’t wait for more weekends like these.
