SHE EMBODIED is not just a photoshoot. It is not a regular portrait session, it's not about posing or capturing a certain look. In fact, it's not even about beautiful portraits (that is the by-product).

SHE EMBODIED is an experience, a deep, inward journey. It is about being and feeling. It is about self-love and radical self-acceptance. It is embracing your story - the light and the shadow. It is leaning into vulnerability and finding the courage to express yourself in the most authentic way. It is raw, and it is honest.

I provide a safe and respectful space for you to unfold, in whatever way that may look like. I am here to be with you, and to hold you, with whatever wants to make itself seen.

When I asked Lauren what stood out to her about working with me, she said:

Embodiment.

A term I wasn't familiar with until I dove deeper into and .

The concept of (relevant to both men and women) arises from a place of disconnection with the self.

We live in a world dominated by external expectations and social pressures, and many of us lose touch with our true selves (who were we before being conditioned?).

Embodiment is the act of fully connecting with your physical, emotional, and spiritual self. It is manifesting your essence into physical form.

It is a call for self-awareness, acceptance, self-exploration, self-discovery, and empowerment. It is where vulnerability, strength and courage coexist, creating room for your authentic being to reemerge.

Embodiment doesn't happen over night. It is a continuous journey. It takes commitment and daily dedication. And it takes courage to go places you haven't been before.

Personally I believe this is meant to be part of our journey here on Earth.

Which is why I love my SHE EMBODIED photoshoot experience so much.

I don't know about you, but I love the air of new beginnings.

Sitting at the beach in Costa Rica a few weeks back, I reflected on 2023. I looked at the things that worked out well, and at the things that didn't.

When we don't see the results we hoped for, when life isn't going the way we want it to, or when we feel disempowered, it's easy to blame outside circumstances.

But the truth is, is not something that we'll find outside of us. It is within us (always!) - even when it doesn't feel like it.

Feeling empowered lies in taking responsibility for our mindset, our habits, patterns, choices, and taking actions that align with our personal beliefs and values. 💥

Stepping into the energy of new beginnings and the possibilities of 2024, I personally am ready to approach certain things from a different angle.

I know what I need to change in order to see different results, and I'm ready to make new choices.✌🏼

There’s nothing more magnetic than an authentic personal brand. 😍

What would our world be like if we didn't hide? If we felt free to express ourselves without holding back?

What if we embraced our feelings and danced with our emotions? If we chose vulnerability over suppression?

What if we became more curious to discover ourselves? If we explored the untouched corners of our soul?

What if we let go of beauty ideals and distorted body standards? If we allowed ourselves to feel comfortable and beautiful in our bodies, independent of size, color and shape?

What if we loved ourselves a little bit more? If we accepted that we are enough and worthy? If we felt safe to own our story?

This is what SHE EMBODIED is about. This photoshoot experience isn’t just about beautiful portraits. It’s about self-love, acceptance and self-expression. It is owning your story. It is re-connecting with the feminine, embracing vulnerability and unleashing everything you hold within.

What is a ?

Your personal brand is creating an identity around your persona. It’s externalizing who you are inside. It’s the embodiment of your skills, personal experiences and individual vibe.

Your personal brand is also a perception and a reputation. It’s what people feel when they think of you. It’s how they remember you. It’s how they speak of you. It’s what you become associated with.

And here’s why branding is such an important business investment:

The other day I was asked:

"How do you cope with the disappointment of low engagement."

The question caught me off guard. But it's one so many of us can relate to.

Like you, I have days where I think "Why the hell do I even bother?! Absolutely no one cares.”

Like you, I have days where all I feel like doing is throwing in the towel and crawling under my covers.

But for the most part, I've gotten surprisingly good at not letting it affect me.

In moments like these, I remind myself of 3 things:

🌌 I remember my WHY

😳 There's fear around vulnerability

🔥 The potential of silent followers
