Only have 24 hours in a city? 📸

📍 Start early → quieter streets + softer light
🏛️ Photograph the iconic spot → but look for a different angle
🔎 Look for details → doors, windows, textures, signs
🚶 Walk between the “must-see” places → that’s where everyday life happens
🌅 Go back out at golden hour → familiar places can look completely different
🌙 If you can, finish with a night shot → it completes the story

Save these tips for your next city walk. 📍

1. Architecture

Look for:
details • windows • balconies • textures

2. Reflections

Windows, puddles, cars, mirrors…

3. Doorways

Old doors. Colorful doors. Tiny entrances.

4. Street details

Signs. Tiles. Street lamps.
Shop windows. Numbers. Posters.

5. People

You don’t need a portrait.

Look for people interacting with the city.

6. Layers

Look for something in the:

foreground + middle ground + background

7. Change your angle

Look up.
Look down.
Love your head to the side.

8. Everyday moments.

A coffee.
Laundry on a balcony.
People waiting in line.
