Lifting heavy weights to true failure alone at home is sketchy as hell if you don't know what you are doing.

Hiring a personal trainer is a massive money drain. And trying to check your posture in a shaky mirror while straining under a load is complete bu****it.

I built Intensiq to solve this. It uses your phone camera to overlay a live, red-and-green skeletal tracking system on your body while you work out.

If your form slips or your tempo is off, the AI skeleton flags it. You get immediate coaching cues to fix your posture on the spot to prevent injury.

We also track Time Under Load (TUL) in the 40-90 second hypertrophy zone. Hit your target at true failure, and the app increases the weight next session automatically.

This is how you fight sarcopenia and muscular decay without wasting five hours a week at the gym. One brief, intense session to complete failure is all it takes.

The core tracker is free. Right now, all Pro features, including the live skeletal form correction, are fully unlocked and free during our open beta.

No paywalls, no bu****it.

You are not running out of time. You are running out of muscle.

After age 30, muscle mass decreases by 3% to 8% per decade. Silently.

By age 65, one in four adults falls annually. Most never fully recover from that s**t.

Grip strength is a stronger predictor of all-cause mortality than blood pressure. Sarcopenia is not a cosmetic issue: it is systemic, literal structural decay.

Halting this decay requires a specific biological stimulus, not hours of junk volume. One slow set to true failure recruits 97% of your muscle fibers: five sets of moderate weight recruits 71%.

The rest is just gym-bro bu****it and wasted fu***ng time.

Twelve minutes a week. That is the entire math.

Hit your target at failure and the weight goes up next session. Miss it and the weight holds: no deload weeks, no guesswork.

I built Intensiq to automate this progression protocol because manual tracking sheets were driving me fu***ng crazy.

During our beta, all Pro features, including the live pose-tracking skeleton overlay for real-time form correction, are unlocked and free. No paywalls, just help me test it.

Twelve minutes. This week, or not.

The strongest version of you at 80 is being built, or lost, in the next seven days.

I spent years as a photographer and video editor, constantly battling imposter syndrome. I was always in my own head, wondering if my work was good enough or if I was just faking it.

I eventually built Vidful, but my physical health was a mess and I hated the gym. Traditional workouts felt like a massive waste of fu***ng time.

Then I read "Body by Science" by Dr. Doug McGuff.

For the first time, someone treated fitness as a controlled biological stimulus instead of some lifestyle religion. One slow set, full recovery, measured progression.

It clicked. I stopped guessing and started treating my body like a spreadsheet.

But manual tracking is a fu***ng nightmare when your legs are shaking from muscular failure. Trying to log time under load on a spreadsheet while gasping for air was a complete pain in the ass.

So I coded Intensiq.

Most fitness apps focus on streaks, badges, and other useless gamified s**t. That is complete bu****it.

Intensiq is built to log the only metric that actually triggers hypertrophy: time under tension in the 40 to 90 second zone. Hit your target at true failure, and the app increases your weight next session.

No deload weeks pulled from some random forum, and no guesswork. The progressive overload is automated.

I am building this in public, and the app is currently in open beta. All Pro features are free right now: no paywalls, no bu****it.

Give it a run at intensiq.fit.

My raw leg press metrics are in the screenshot below.

Spending two hours in the gym doing 20 sets of chest exercises is absolute bu****it.

You are just pacing yourself. You dilute the intensity because your brain knows you have hours of reps left.

Most of those sets are wasted junk volume that does nothing but cause systemic inflammation and delay your recovery.

The biology is clear. One slow set taken to true, painful failure recruits 97% of your muscle fibers: five sets of moderate weight only recruit 71%.

The rest is just useless sweating and wasted fu***ng time.

Most fitness trackers count cumulative tonnage or streaks to keep you addicted to their app. That is useless vanity s**t.

The only metric that drives real muscular adaptation is Time Under Tension: specifically, TUL in the 40-90 second hypertrophy zone.

I built Intensiq to solve this exact problem. It logs your TUL automatically.

Hit your target at true failure and the weight goes up next session. Miss it and the weight holds.

No guesswork. No deload weeks pulled from some forum.

Twelve minutes this week. Or not.

Stop wasting your life doing junk sets. Try the beta for free at intensiq.fit.
