Being a photographer is seeing things in a different way. It's watching a movie and instead of critiquing an actor's performance; you're studying the onset photographer's usage of light, their framework, and their perspective. It’s not having one single good picture of yourself. It’s putting new life into something that was once ordinary and making it extraordinary and then allowing others to see a glimpse into your world.

Although, as my career advances, I've chosen to shoot fewer and fewer weddings, shooting weddings have made a dramatic impact not only on my abilities and techniques but it has strengthened my views on perception. It's been almost 30 years that I've been capturing moments in people's lives, on one of their most meaningful days, I was able to tell them their story through my eyes. It's impossible to say how many but there were a lot of remarkable memories, some were good and some were not so great but all was felt with great intensity. Not only have I gained experience but I've gained some friends along the way, but I wanted to end my story in wedding photography in my country where it began and it was an honor to do it for a friend. So perspectively speaking, here is where one story ends another was just beginning.
