Almost a year since National Geographic Italy released the first NG . I had the opportunity to be part of an written by David Whitley with my works on .
Photo .1 In a late afternoon a kayak goes under the 25 de Abril, towards the sea. is the stage for many since Lisbon is improving more than ever to encourage sport in .
Photo .2 It is a cloudy day in the heart of , one of the major neighbourhood in Lisbon. São Vicente de Fora is illuminated with the last solar rays.
Photo .3 at day, crowded at night - this is Rua Cor-de-Rosa, one of the favorites in Lisbon. It shows us how cheerful the city is.
Photo .4 In one of the most iconic constructions of the Portuguese capital, 25 de Abril bridge had it’s naked pillars painted with colour by the Urban Art Gallery Project. The illustrates from the other side of the coast.
Photo .5 Builded to celebrate the regular water supply in Lisbon, the exhibits a light show that serves as a background in an full of recreational purposes. @ Lisbon, Portugal

For many years I’ve been visiting the Guadiana’s river margins between Elvas (Portugal) and Olivenza (Spain), in a place locally called Ajuda. Birds, old bridges, dolmens and horses can be found at this place, sharing the same river.

Never thought I would have my photographs published in a National Geographic magazine!
The first National Geographic Italy Traveler was released today, and my works on Lisbon landscapes are next to David Whitley texts.
Thank you Marina for the opportunity. Hope that this first edition turns out to be a huge success.
