Osaka Stories — After Party

After the opening of the Osaka store we moved to , where the night carried on with its own rhythm.
Low ceilings, dim light, and a room full of distinct faces that made the space feel charged without trying too hard.

The lighting stayed moody, but the portraits still cut through — sharp, textured, and true to the atmosphere.

Osaka stories — it all started on a March evening when I was walking past the new store in Osaka. Some guys inside waved for me to come in, and I figured... why not?

Inside, I ended up meeting the heart and brains behind — ,
- plus the rest of the obey crew whose IGs I unfortunately didn’t catch.

A couple of hours flew by: highballs, beer, good music, and great conversations. I met some super interesting people, including fellow photographer , while checking out the then-new collection and launch pieces.

Quando vês uma pessoa que sobressai no meio da multidão, perguntas se a podes fotografar e invariavelmente a resposta é outra pergunta: “A mim? Porquê?”

Às vezes nem eu tenho resposta, pode ser a cara, a luz, o momento.. são tantas as razões mas a verdade é que se ganhei “coragem” para te ir perguntar, alguma coisa isso quer dizer.

When you see someone standing out in the middle of a crowd, you ask if you can take their picture and most of the times the answer is another question: “why me?”

Most of the times I don’t have the answer, it can be the face, the light, the moment... so many different reasons but if I got the nerve to go and ask you, that must mean something.
