Lets scan a roll of Gold!! 🎞️

Episode 10 of this series where I scan my own film at home. Today we’re looking at a roll of Kodak Gold that I shot in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal in September of last year. Scanning my own film at home not only allows me to save a fair bit of money, but I also get to maintain full creative control over the final output of my work. Not to mention the scans from the 100mp sensor of the GFX100s are pretty exceptional for printmaking! I’m a huge fan of the .co 360 kit for this!

First streetcar in Lisbon 🚋

Starting out 2026 with one of my favorite snaps from 2025. This shot in Lisbon, Portugal was the culmination of flying across the world, tracking the trolly schedules, getting up before sunrise and walking across town to get to this exact spot at the perfect time right as the sun began to rise over the horizon. It’s moments like this that will forever be etched into my memory. This is also the first image from Portugal that I have added to my print store! I’ll be sharing many more images from this trip over the coming months as well ✈️
