One minute sit and let’s go back to work.
I rarely sit on a wedding day shooting. Many times I don’t, I stand there for 10 hours or more, watching carefully every single movement of everyone, specially bride and groom, I stare at their body language, follow their eyes to predict what are the next moves. I observe their emotions they way they walk, talk and smile and in a very quick move I run to find the best angle to capture “THAT MOMENT” the moment that is not coming back.
My body and mind works in perfection together to help me achieve what I promise to my clients. My goal is to frame emotions and document their day with my artistic vision. There is no rest, sometimes I forget to drink water, what if I loose some precious moment?
Wedding photography is one of a kind; I get emotional with ceremony and speeches, I dance together with the guests, holding my almost 3kg equipment, I document the most unique and happiest moments of someone’s life, I watch carefully the fusion of two families, help brides to find confidence wearing their dresses. I witness the love of best friends coming together to celebrate.
I’ve seen so many things, so many different emotions, heard so many beautiful words, watched from very close the intimacy of people that I never meet before.
I feel honored and blessed for the trust of all of these people, to be able to have endurance to hold my body for so many hours, and to delivery lifetime memories for my clients.
