It is with pleasure that i announce that i made it into 7th place on the Portuguese prelim of the Wiki Loves Earth 2019 competition! It is not top 5 but i am already incredibly humbled to have made it to the top! Thank you so much to the jury panel for seeing something in me!
Now i have been selected for the international round! Let's see how it goes!

I thought it was funny that the turtle was so far from her bunch just chillin in the middle of the grass. So i snapped a pic.

I am finally back to work! This time i am an official partner of Getty Images through EyeEm and my work is on sale from 20 to 250 euros per photo!
But enough of boosting my own elbows!
On my birthday i went to the Mora Fluviary and took my time to take some photos. I did not have my macro lens with me but somehow my 50mm was enough to capture this Dendrobates Leucomelas beauty.
When i was a child i was absolutely obsessed with rainforest poisonous frogs. I remember there was a shop that had plastic models of all the species of rainforest frogs and i had the entire collection. Me and dad went as far as repaint them when they didn't have the exact hue (we kinda did the same with dino models too). I can say i was a frickin animal nerd from my early years. I hope you enjoy my work. I appreciate feedback.

It is with the utmost pleasure that i announce that i am officially gonna be an exhibited photographer. This step is very important for me. I have had my work in exhibitions before but it was school work! This time it is for real and i couldnt be more proud. I dont even care if the gender roles or the theme go against my coming out and i appreciate if you could respect them still because it is not everyday you get the chance to accept being part of an exhibit. I hope you can visit, it would make me happy.

I dont usually do macro in black and white but while i was editing on lightroom i did a mistake and made everything monochrome and i liked it so much more than the color outcome i ended up deleting it and leaving the bnw of it.
