Before our photoshoot, Chiara and I were constantly in touch. I checked the weather 100 times and then checked hourly, hoping that we could make at least a couple of photos. When I was already leaving for it, rain started falling. Shooting at home wasn’t an option because the family was in the process of moving. Then the bus randomly went to a different stop and I ended up far from the meeting point.

My clients picked me up by car from the beach where the storm had brought a record amount of seaweed and also where many local fishermen had come because the net was torn at the fish farm due to the storm.
It was windy and gray. Rain was drizzling. We stood on the waterfront without a particular plan of where and how.
I didn’t know the area well, so I relied on the local family to choose the location and just pointed with my finger to places where the clouds seemed less dense.

And we arrived at a place where sun rays were breaking through, a real January island wind was blowing, and a beautiful view opened up.
And then it became so cozy and warm from their closeness and interactions.
In many moments, I chose to simply observe and capture moments without interference.

We finished our meeting in an Italian cafe to talk a bit more and warm up ❤️

To capture snow, you need to go to the shoot spontaneously and without any preparation 🤪

I always say that the best place is a place familiar to your family, and the best clothes are those that keep you warm and comfortable.

I love photo shoots that reflect your daily lifestyle, your walks with children or animals. Here everything is real, and only I come with a camera to catch such precious moments and your emotions.

No need for perfect “Instagram sled” or a perfect color-matched outfit.

Kids don’t always smile in photos, just like adults - and that’s okay. Sadness is normal. When someone gets cold or tired, that’s a signal that it’s time to finish the shoot and warm up at home 🐾🏡☕️✨

Thanks to Yulia&Liosha&Mia&Oskar for sharing this morning with me ❣️

Text me if you want to catch some snow 📸❄️

I spent the last day of 2025 in the usual way, in a familiar place and with my loved ones ❤️🐾

And I wish for lots of days like this in 2026 - days where I have no hurry anywhere

A little over a month ago, Kasia reached out after accidentally stumbling upon my profile while searching for a photographer in Wrocław—a city that holds a special place in her heart from childhood visits to her relatives.

When we met online to discuss the shoot, Kasia’s vision was clear: “coś brązowego, ciepłego oraz przytulnego. Coś zmysłowego” (something brown, warm, and cozy. Something sensual). She wanted me to capture her “radosną oraz kobiecą” (joyful and feminine).

I know how hectic everything gets when you’re visiting home from abroad. I’m glad we had this time to catch the moment. This fact makes these images even more precious.

Today is Thanksgiving Day.

I’m not American, so I don’t usually celebrate this day each year, but I think it’s a beautiful holiday - a day to give thanks for family, friends, food, health, and all the good things in life.

Though it doesn’t have to be just one day a year 🤪.

I also want to give thanks to my clients.
Thank you for choosing to come to me and sharing your ordinary days and your most important occasions. Thank you for inviting me into your homes and allowing me to meet the people you love. You let me have a piece in your story.

So often, we share coffee or a meal, we travel together, and we exchange stories from both sides. It makes me feel incredibly fulfilled in what I do and gives meaning to my life.

When I see you trying to hold back tears while hugging your partner, and I try to be invisible to capture that precious moment - that’s when I know why I do this.

Because of photoshoots with you, I travel to many places and experience so many different things. I learn about people, cultures, and the world - and it’s my favorite way of learning.

I don’t know what my life would look like without this.

Thank you beautiful PEOPLE ❤️ &

I can’t imagine how much water I’ve drunk in all 26 years (water is life) 🥳💦

I usually love my loved ones’ birthdays more than my own, because on mine I always felt it’s too much attention, emotions and pressure of preparations.

This year I’m letting go of almost all of that and learning more and more to accept that very little is within my control.

If I want to reach a goal, I try to do what depends on me with the energy and resources I have now.
If I don’t manage, I get angry with myself this year much less- I just try again the next day 😌

A few weeks ago captured me just as I feel at this point in my life 📸

Feel thankful to myself and my loved ones for patience and constant support❤️‍🔥

We came to Slovenia with one specific goal — Triglav 🏔️

We knew there’s a glacier in the area and we wanted our dear Choinek 🐈 to climb it and enjoy some permafrost.

Obviously, we made sure to do some solid research. The day before the hike we googled the routes. Turned out it was difficult, so we ditched the idea completely.

Why climb a difficult mountain, if there’s a less difficult mountain from which you can see the difficult mountain?

The desicion was clear — Viševnik!

We had an absolute blast (especially Choinek, as you can clearly see on the 2nd photo).

Tons of free food along the way. Much recommended.

The people on the route were a bit weird though, they acted as if they haven’t seen a cat doing a 10km loop with 680m of elevation gain.

They gave him a nickname in their native language — “Planinski mucek”. Means, “his majesty, the dragon of Julian Alps” or something, we didn’t check.

The most honest family photos aren’t just smiles—they’re tears, tantrums, and unscripted chaos.

After my June 2024 photoshoots in Copenhagen, Marina spotted my work in a local Facebook group and reached out asking if I’d be returning soon. Though I had no plans to return from Wrocław, her request to capture her family with three daughters (including a newborn) changed my mind. After our call, I booked January tickets—making this my most advance-booked family session at 5 months prior.

The older girls welcomed me with a tour of their room and questions ranging from photography, my home country, to deeply personal “Where is my father, who passed away?” One moment serious conversation, the next one inviting me to play hide and seek 🙈

We made Italian style coffee, jumped on the bed, played piano, and documented the full spectrum of family life—laughter, tears, curiosity, and even moments of frustration.

I believe family albums should reflect reality, not just curated smiles. Crying, confusion, and occasional anger are equally valuable memories worth preserving.

I believe these authentic emotions tell the complete family story that you’ll cherish looking back on years later.

This is my why I cross countries for photography ❤️📸

There’s something magical about photographing a friend, something between the comfort of familiarity and the responsibility of truly seeing them. has been envisioning this photo shoot for years, and when we finally made it happen, nature became our perfect canvas.

The clover leaves placed thoughtfully on her face was a spontaneous touch that just felt right in the moment. Though we gathered inspiration from Pinterest, what emerged was something uniquely ours.

For those who know her, these images will feel familiar - her deep connection with nature isn’t just aesthetic, it’s where she finds calm and reconnection with herself. She knows the sounds of every bird, takes care of her little garden, makes herbal teas for others, and loves long walks with her family. These simple ways she connects with nature show who she truly is.

As a photographer, these are the moments I live for: capturing someone exactly as they are, in spaces that hold meaning for them.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how I see myself in front of the camera and how my personal photoshoot might look. Where do I feel most myself? For now, I don’t have the answer yet, but the question itself feels like an important starting point.

Exploring how I see myself through photography could be a powerful journey of self-discovery. I believe that creating purposeful settings that I genuinely connect with will make for much more authentic results than simply choosing places that «look nice.»

If this resonates with you and you’d like to explore what an intentional portrait might look like, my DMs are open.
