Not every interior needs more light. Some need a more thoughtful approach.

In interior photography, light doesn’t always have to brighten everything. Sometimes its role is to guide the eye, reveal textures and create a mood.
The Sitio restaurant at Valverde Lisboa Hotel & Garden, part of Relais & Châteaux, has a dark, refined atmosphere where light works selectively - highlighting blue and turquoise tiles, delicate wooden screens and the contrast with the lush greenery of the patio outside.

In spaces like this, photography is not about showing everything. It’s about capturing a feeling guests will remember.

Nie każde wnętrze potrzebuje więcej światła. Niektóre potrzebują lepszego spojrzenia.

W fotografii wnętrz światło nie zawsze ma za zadanie wszystko rozjaśnić. Czasem jego rola jest zupełnie inna — ma prowadzić wzrok, wydobywać faktury i budować nastrój.

Restauracja Sitio w Valverde Lisboa Hotel & Garden to przestrzeń o ciemnym, eleganckim charakterze, w której światło pracuje selektywnie — podkreślając rytm niebiesko-turkusowych płytek, rysunek drewnianych przegród i kontrast z intensywną zielenią patio.

Właśnie w takich wnętrzach fotografia polega na uchwyceniu atmosfery, którą goście zapamiętują.

📸 Baltic View, a Member of Radisson Individuals — Międzyzdroje

W fotografii wnętrz czas ma ogromne znaczenie.

Światło potrafi zmienić wszystko — od nastroju po sposób, w jaki odbieramy kolory, faktury i przestrzeń.

Podczas tej sesji w Baltic View kluczowe okazały się odpowiednia pora dnia, naturalne światło wpadające przez okna, a także... cierpliwość. Bo to właśnie cierpliwość pozwala uchwycić moment, w którym światło i wnętrze zaczynają ze sobą współgrać.

Każdy kadr to suma wielu decyzji: o kierunku padania światła, o tym, które punkty świetlne zostawić włączone, a które lepiej wyłączyć, by uzyskać odpowiedni klimat.

Efekt? Zdjęcia, które nie tylko dokumentują przestrzeń — ale oddają atmosferę miejsca.

During this shoot at Baltic View, the right time of day, the natural light coming through the windows, and a good dose of patience made all the difference.

Because patience is what allows you to capture the exact moment when light and interior truly come together.

Each frame is a result of countless small choices — which direction the light should fall from, which lamps to keep on, and which to switch off to create just the right atmosphere.

The result? Images that not only document the space, but reflect its unique mood and character.

Sesja zdjęciowa apartamentów w hotelu ARCHE Dwór Uphagena Gdańsk. Godziny w oczekiwaniu na odpowiednie światło, wystarczająco silny powiew wiatru rozwiewający firany - wszystko po to, aby zrealizować wizję zdjęć, która chodziła mi po głowie od dłuższego czasu. Zależało mi na wydobyciu z tych niezwykłych eklektycznych wnętrz ich lekkości, przestrzeni i oddechu.
W pierwszej kolejności chciałam Wam przedstawić Apartament Marii Wilhelminy.

A photo session of the apartments at the Arche Dwór Uphagena Hotel in Gdańsk. Hours spent waiting for the perfect light, for just the right breeze strong enough to move the curtains – all to bring to life the vision of the photos that had been in my mind for quite some time. I wanted to capture the lightness, spaciousness, and airiness of these extraordinary, eclectic interiors.
