District Hattian Bala Hattian Bala (Urdu: ہٹیاں بالا ‬‎) is a town in Jhelum Valley District of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It is the headquarters of district and tehsil Hattian Bala.

Hattian Bala is located 40 kilometers (25 mi) from Muzaffarabad city on the bank of Jhelum River.
