"Miss, me aik chotay sher se hun. Mere mamu yahan Lahore me rehtay thay. Me apni ammi k sath jab aata tha Lahore, mein aise hi androon Lahore ghoomnay chala jata tha. Pata nahi aisa kya hai is sher me, jo mujhe apni taraf kheanchta tha. Kabhi Dill nahi bharta tha. Ye jaggahein mujh se kuch kehti thein. Phir mene soch liya tha k me parhun ga aur Lahore ki history k baaray me jaanun ga. Mene parha, B.A kiya aur Lahore ki history parhi. Mujhe Lahore se aur us ki her cheez se mohabbat honnay lag g*i. Aur me idhar shift hogaya. Mene soch liya tha k me apne jses Lahore se muhabbat kernay waly logon ko bataun ga jo mujhe pata hai. Is liye me tourists guide ban gaya. Kamaata kam hun, laikin sukoon hai k jo kerta hun, wo kerna pasand hai mujhe." -
"Miss, I belong to a small city. My uncle used to live in Lahore so whenever my mother and I used to come to visit him, I used to wander and explore places in Lahore. I don't know, what was it about this city that attracted me. I never got enough of it. The places interacted with me. And so I decided, I'd study and learn about the history of Lahore. I did B.A and moved in Lahore, because I fell in love with Lahore and everything related to it. I choose being tourist guide as a profession because I wanted to tell people the stuff I know about this wonderful city, who love this place as much as I do."- Abdullah ( tourists guide at Shalamaar Garden, Lahore)
