Good news: Today I turn 31.
Bad news: There’s no pause button on time.
Good news: Every year has made me stronger.
Bad news: My knees occasionally remind me of my age.

31 chapters in, and I’ve learned that life isn’t about having everything figured out, it’s about growing through what you go through.

Grateful for the journey. Excited for what’s next.
