Shot taken way back in 2018. It was 29th of June. I didn't have anything to do so I took my camera and went outside to take a few photos. This one turned out pretty good, in my opinion :)… Hope you like it!

The house sparrow is found almost everywhere, strongly associated with human activity and has amazing ability to adapt to different environments. They are widespread and abundant in cities, towns and countryside. They are found is different habitats and climates. They normally avoid dense woods, meadows, undisturbed forests, deserts or extreme cold. In extreme environments, such as deserts or extreme cold like in far North they only survive in the immediate vicinity of human beings. It is one of the most widely distributed bird species in the world. It is basically from Europe and Asia or in other words, native to Eurasia. This species is not native to the North or South America, Africa, Australia and Antarctica. It was introduced to much of the rest of the world. House sparrows began making their way across the continent of North America in the early 1900s.

Its scientific name is Passer domesticus.
Commonly called house sparrow.
The one in photo is a male house sparrow.
