یہ فن پارہ نہیں، وقت کے ہاتھوں لکھی ہوئی ایک خاموش داستان ہے
صدیوں پرانی یہ جھلک، آج بھی اپنی شان میں چھپی ہوئی ہے
یہاں ہر رنگ ماضی کی کسی یاد کو پوشیدہ کیے ہوئے ہے، اہلِ ذوق بتا سکتے ہیں کیا کہ یہ کیا ہے اور چنیوٹ میں کہاں ہے ؟؟

We express our gratitude to Mr Malik Zaheer Abbas( Director General of Archaeology Punjab)

This early 20th-century palace in Chiniot, built by Sheikh Umar Hayat, stands as a fine example of craftsmanship. Featuring woodwork, frescoes, and stucco detailing, it reflects the expertise of local artisans. Despite aging over time, its beauty remains. Conservation work restored pukka kali plaster and removed non-conforming materials. Today, it serves as a library, museum, and baithak.

“Sher Singh Samadhi is a historical monument located in Lahore, near the famous Lahore Fort and Badshahi Mosque.
Maharaja Sher Singh was the son of Maharaja Ranjit Singh and briefly ruled the Sikh Empire in the 1840s.
Sher Singh was assassinated in 1843 during political instability in the Sikh Empire. His samadhi stands as a reminder of that turbulent period in Punjab’s history.✨
