My deepest sympathies and prayers to the people of Nepal affected by this devastating flash flood tragedy. 🇳🇵🙏

Nepal holds a special place in my heart. From the breathtaking mountains to the beautiful city of Pokhara, we experienced the warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the Nepalese people. The memories we made and the people we met will always stay with us.

It is heartbreaking to see communities suffering from this tragedy. My thoughts and prayers are with those who lost their loved ones, their homes, and their livelihoods.

May Nepal find strength, courage, and healing during this difficult time. ❤️🇳🇵

Sorry if I haven't been active these past few months.
This coming August 13, it'll be almost three months since I was hit by a car. What I initially thought was just a minor knee injury turned out to be far more serious than I expected.
For the first 11 days, I had to rely on a walking cane just to get around. Although I've made progress since then, I still can't walk completely straight, and I'm nowhere near where I used to be physically.
I tried getting back on the bike, hoping cycling would speed up my recovery, but I realized my knee just isn't ready yet. As much as it pains me to stay away from the adventures I love, I'd rather heal properly than rush my comeback and risk making things worse.
To everyone who's been checking in, sending messages, and patiently waiting for new rides, hikes, and videos—thank you. Your support means more than you know.
This is only a temporary setback. The mountains, the roads, and the trails aren't going anywhere. I'll be back when my body is ready, and when that day comes, every ride and every summit will mean even more than before.
Until then, thank you for sticking with me. See you all again soon. 💙
