Like a palengke, the LGBTQ+ community has so much to offer diverse talents, stories, cultures and dreams that enrich society.
Being called palengkera shouldn't be seen as an insult, but as a reflectior of courage, confidence and the willingness to be heard. Just as every stall in a market has its own value, every LGBTQ+ person brings something unique and meaningful to the community. Our voices may be loud, but they carry messages of love, equality and resilience. We are not just asking for space-we are showing the world everything we have to offer.
