2 months progress. No shortcuts. Just consistency.
Before this… I wasn’t disciplined at all.
I used to:
❌ Eat whatever I wanted
❌ High Sugar drinks
❌ Move less, stay lazy
I would try to get into fitness…
but only for a few days. Then I’d fall back into the same unhealthy habits again.
Same cycle. Over and over.
Until I got tired of repeating that version of myself.
I didn’t choose where the fat would go first… my body did.
But here’s what changed:
✔️ Face fat — slowly gone
✔️ Chest — getting tighter
✔️ Belly — still work in progress, but improving
✔️ Body — feels lighter and stronger
This journey taught me:
👉 You can’t target fat loss
👉 But you can control your consistency
Some days progress feels slow…
but I remind myself — **small improvement is still improvement.**
I stopped competing with others.
I started competing with my old self.
No extreme workouts.
No crazy diet.
Just showing up every day.
And now? I feel stronger. More disciplined. More in control.
If you’re stuck in that cycle — break it.
Start small. Stay consistent.
We’re all gonna make it. 💪🔥
