The long fight has ended. Today, we walked the final stretch of the road with Mercedes, surrounding her with the same quiet strength she always gave to everyone else.
To the family, the friends, and everyone who held her hand through the years: your presence was her comfort.
And to her only son, Ram you are the greatest reflection of her love and devotion. Her fight was always for you, and that kind of love doesn’t end here. It stays in every step you take moving forward.
A beautiful life, fully lived. Rest easy, Mercedes.

There is a specific kind of courage in moving through life exactly as you are. Merlyn Ebarat Lumayag lived that way. No looking back, no "what ifs." Just a steady, brave presence.

She met every season with a rare kind of acceptance. It wasn't passive; it was an active choice to embrace the journey, the highs, and the quiet transitions with equal grace. She didn't just exist in her world she defined it.

We aren't just saying goodbye to a person. We are honoring a legacy of bravery. A life lived fully, without regrets, and finished with a peace that belongs only to her.

Rest well, Merlyn. Your story is complete, and it is beautiful.

They say a person’s life isn’t measured by the years they lived, but by the light they left behind. Looking at these photos of Zenaida Liong’s final rest, you can feel the weight of a life fully realized. She was a woman who wore many titles a devoted wife, a steady mother, and a fierce believer but "warrior" might be the one she earned most quietly.

After a long season of battling cancer, she has finally traded the struggle for peace. She lived with a kind of kindness that didn't just exist; it persisted. Today, we don't just say goodbye; we document the closing chapter of a journey that was always, at its heart, rooted in faith and family. She’s in the hands of the Creator now, likely watching over us with that same loving gaze.
