In Ma'am Eloi's channel, I can see that she always pushes her skills to the limits. She loves to climb mountains and uphill so the pattern in the jersey is inspired in elevation. The pattern in the jersey Is most commonly be seen in the topographic map wherein the curves and contour define the elevation of the terrain.
