Crispy Pata! Just because with fuel prices these days, we might as well power ourselves instead.

Gas is going up again, so forget the full tank…Tonight we’re running on crispy skin, juicy pork, and garlic soy sawsawan.

At this point, one plate of crispy pata might be cheaper than 1/4 tank of diesel.

Crunch so loud even the gas stations can hear it.
