Rose Project by Roselyn Tangarorang
The Rose Project booth offers a wide array of customized wearable and functional pieces made out of locally sourced products. Roselyn Tangarorang, the artist behind the Rose Project, is also a mural artist, a painter, and also accepts printing services.
Their products include hand bags which she hand painted herself; wallets, shirts, mugs, badge and tote bags featuring a print of her own paintings. Rose Project also offers custom laser engraved notebooks, and tumblers.
Ms. Roselyn shared that some of her paintings were actually inspired by photographs she saw online of indigenous groups in Mindanao. Among the photographers she drew inspiration from are Jojie Alcantara and Jojane Hiponia.

Support local artists and artisans!
Local artists and artisans are at the core of offering inspiration for us to see the world in different perspectives. The pieces they create spark conversations, provoke thoughts, and encourage discussion on societal issues.
An artist/artisan always leaves a part of their soul in each art and piece they create. When you support local artists and artisans, you are not just buying yourself a piece of product. You are literally buying a piece of themselves and you canโt really put a price on that. It is an investment in the soul of the community.
