💧 ALHAMDULILLAH | COMMUNITY SERVICE 🤲

On this day, Friday, August 28, 2026, the Alpha Kappa Rho – Beta Epsilon Chapter, Sitangkai, Tawi-Tawi proudly donated a water drum and water supply to the Masjid at the Port of Sitangkai.

This humble contribution is intended to help our Jamaa have access to water for their wudu before performing their prayers. May this simple act of service bring benefit to our community and blessings to everyone who contributed. 🤲❤️

May we continue to uphold the values of brotherhood, unity, service, and compassion.

Our LGU-Sitangkai Tawi-Tawi has now made a move regarding the water crisis in Sitangkai. 🙏💧

The water provided may not yet be suitable for drinking, but it is still a big help to our community. It can be used for washing clothes, taking a bath, washing dishes, cleaning, and many other daily needs.

I know many people continue to complain—and yes, people have every right to voice their concerns. But at the same time, we should also recognize that the LGU has started taking action. This may not be the complete solution yet, but at least something is being done, and hopefully this will be the beginning of a bigger and more sustainable solution.

Another good thing is that the price of water being sold by private sellers is starting to go down. For families who have been struggling to afford water, this is already a great relief.

Let’s continue to raise our concerns, but let’s also acknowledge every effort that helps our community. We need solutions, not just complaints.

This is only the beginning, and soon Sitangkai will have a safe, affordable, and reliable source of drinking water. ❤️
