It has been a "ritual" to do a Halloween photoshoot as I love seeing my friends dress up in their favorite characters.

I guess through the persona of the characters they portray they find what makes them happy, or make them feel empowered. Halloween is often depicted as the season for scaring and spooky but for me, it's the only time of the year when you don't get judged for being silly or showing a part of your personality through the costumes you fit in.
