I want to immortalize the running community’s triumphant and euphoric moments through the art of photography. I also want to promulgate the beautiful world of running to be able to energize and inspire those who are living sedentary lives to be more sprightly or dynamic and start making their first steps. As what Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single
step.” And we say, a runner’s journey of a thousand miles can be immortalized with a single photo.”
(This is also the aim our group, The Running Photographers, and I'm delighted and humbled to be entrusted with the responsibility of writing our group's vision-mission. ü)

I was afraid to run, but now, I'm so addicted to it. I never even thought I could finish a 3K fun run, but after finishing TBR's 42K and becoming a podium finisher in Ateneo runs, I now dream of joining a triathlon. ü

∞§∞ I believe that praying the Holy Rosary while running helps me a lot. I learned that meditating can minimize pain, hence I experience less muscle strain / cramps even after a long-distance run. Running also becomes my sacred time as I converse with the Lord whenever I meditate on the Mysteries of the Rosary. ü
“Do you see? With him you could do it. Why are you surprised? Be convinced: There is nothing to be surprised about. If you trust God, things work out easily. And, what is more, you always go further than you imagined you could.” - Furrow 123, St. Josemaria Escriva
