Japan Awaits
(Before we all can spec in the upcoming Horizon 6 🤡, and I think my plate is better than forza 🤡)
There are few cars that excites me in recent years, but this “Toyota” does. Because when we are talking about race cars, LM, this brand, this nation is usually seriously underrated! Japan actually know how to build a car, a race car as well ! Not just a Fit.
Technical aside, just look at the aesthetics of this car, it is quite insane. When working on this car, I can actually feel a lot of LFA in it, so why not bringing back the most iconic LFA spec to this new GRGT to tribute to his 10yrs plus brother? Pearl white with Chrome wheels. What a remarkable and iconic spec.
On the other hand, the long head is not something you usually see, and definitely not on the LFA. It immediately reminds me of the SLS / AMG GT. And honestly, I really feel the AMG gt when seeing the side profile of the GRGT. However, I would say, it’s a much more of an engineered car than aesthetic. Similar to the McLaren Senna, strict and angular lines, less the beautiful curve you can find on Mercedes/ Italian super cars. Probably all focus on practicality and aerodynamics. It’s a bit boring and less details so far I can find. But who cares ? Just can’t wait to see it on roads and the GT3 on track, and what records it can break !
