✨ Strolling around the village of Im Sol & Sun Jae’s house from Lovely Runner! 💙⁣
One of my all-time favorite K-dramas, and sobrang kinikilig ako to finally see it in real life!!! 🥹⁣

the café that was used as Im Sol’s house in the drama in Haenggung-dong, Suwon 🇰🇷 
This adorable cafe with the iconic yellow umbrella is now a must-visit filming location and right across is the blue gate that shows Sun Jae’s house from the show! 

☕️ It’s also a popular café in Korea, so it gets crowded on weekends, sooo I recommend going on a weekday if you want better pics and fewer people in the background! 

Feeling like I’m living inside the drama 💛✨ — from screen to reality and straight into my heart 💫

I originally came to Suwon just to visit K-drama filming locations, but I ended up really enjoying the walk around Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. Seeing how the fortress surrounds the city reminded me of Intramuros in Manila — history quietly existing alongside modern life. 🏯✨

Visiting in winter was surprisingly beautiful. The tall, dried ornamental grass added a soft, aesthetic touch to the views, making everything feel calm and cinematic. It’s even better on sunny days, especially if you want good lighting for photos.📸

What I also loved is how close everything is — from the fortress, you can easily explore the hanok village, trendy cafés, photo booth shops, and cute clothing stores that young travelers would definitely enjoy.

💡 Tip: Go in the afternoon for better light, wear comfy shoes, and don’t skip Haenggung-dong nearby for cafés and photos.
