Heads up, Stateans! The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) will implement new Student Dormitories Rules and Regulations for the upcoming academic year 2025-2026.

This updated policy, brought to you by the Auxiliary Services Development and Management Office, covers everything from eligibility and application procedures to dorm capacity, fees, and house rules. We've made these updates to ensure our dormitories provide the best possible living and learning environment for all students.

MTB Dormitory Application Announcement

This announcement serves to inform all eligible students that applications for residency at the MTB Dormitory are now open.

Application Period: Commencing this week.

Application Process: Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Required Documentation: A complete Student Profile must be submitted with each application.

To ensure timely processing and secure a place in the dormitory, students are strongly encouraged to submit their applications and required documentation as soon as possible.

The MTB Dormitory Management team looks forward to welcoming new residents to our community.

First ever Halloween Party at MTB Dormitory, it was indeed a successful and awesome event last night, mapapasabi ka na lang na
To our very supportive dorm in-charge Sir Joel Solomo Balindan, to our faculty Sir Francis Leo Loberanes Sir Ed Martin Dela Rama Sir Abel De Lima Paz and Ma'am Sheena Alfonso, to our very active officers headed by Mr. President Jhun Aldrian Viojan and to the dormers as a whole who really exerted their efforts a big to you all!!!
