Quoted from the post: “But the industry needs to see our numbers.

They won’t know we’re here until we show them.

So don’t wait for streaming.
Don’t wait for next weekend.
Don’t wait.

Go to the theater. Buy the ticket. Fill the seat.

🇵🇭 Let’s show them what happens when Filipino audiences turn up.”

Watched Forgotten Island again for the 2nd time. This time with my cousin and niece. It was the last showing for the day (9pm), and the theater was full! And after the movie, the room was filled with applause 😭❤️

If I could (and I probably would), I plan to watch it in the theaters again. Not just because it’s super entertaining, funny, and heart-warming, and has tons of different animation styles in one movie, not just because my favorite PPOP artist is included in the OST, but because I want to support this original Filipino animated movie to further put Filipino culture and talent on the Global stage 🇵🇭❤️😍 I saw from other reels that people have been demanding for original content. Forgotten Island is 💯 original! So I hope more and more people can support it in the coming weeks! If we can sell out concert tickets (and merch) in minutes, surely we can easily support this movie too 😍❤️🙏🇵🇭 TAYO NA!😍
