| As June ends and as we welcome a new month, we are reminded that while Pride Month has ended, the values it celebrates should never be confined to a single month on the calendar.

Through PeliKULAYaan, UMTC PRISM and Pinnacle Productions share stories that encourage us to see beyond labels, embrace authenticity, and recognize the dignity and worth of every individual. We hope these four episodes continue to spark meaningful conversations and inspire us to build communities where acceptance, empathy, and respect are practiced every day, not only during Pride Month, but in the months and years ahead.

At UM Tagum College, we remain committed to fostering an academic community where everyone is treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background, identity, beliefs, or different walks in life. Diversity strengthens our community, and mutual respect allows us all to learn, grow, and thrive together.
