📸 WE’RE HIRING: PHOTO STUDIO ASSISTANT
J&R Studio is looking for a Photo Studio Assistant who is reliable, organized, creative, and willing to learn. If you enjoy photography, working with people, and being part of a creative team, this might be for you!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the photographer and creative team during photoshoots
• Prepare and organize studio equipment, props, backdrops, and other materials
• Help set up and dismantle lighting and studio equipment
• Assist clients with basic preparations before and during the shoot
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Assist with client coordination and studio bookings when needed
• Help with behind-the-scenes content for social media
• Handle basic studio errands and other tasks related to daily operations
• Ensure that equipment and studio materials are properly handled and stored
QUALIFICATIONS
• No professional photography experience required, but is a plus
• Willing to learn photography, lighting, posing, and studio operations
• Creative and has an eye for aesthetics
• Good communication and people skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Can work well with a team
• Willing to work on outdoor shoots
• Can assist on self portrait shoots
• Can handle a fast-paced and sometimes busy studio environment
• Physically capable of carrying and moving light studio equipment
• Basic knowledge of social media is a plus
• Experience in photography, events, production, or customer service is an advantage
