Corky believes that when it comes to photography, one does not know enough. He argues that every photographer has a different style and technique; and he is always curious to find out another's style and hopes to learn from them. His openness and willingness to continuously learn is already evident in his style and creative expression. For photographers like him, photography as an art is a vast world to explore; and he will never stop learning and exploring.

Virns complains that she and her camera were strangers. She has not even opened and tried to read the manual, as everything seemed alien to her. So with a determined spirit, she set out to conquer and explore the new world of photography.
Little by little, she and her dSLR are becoming friends especially that she has embarked on a mission - to continuously seek her new hobby and interests as she pursue to hone her craft.

Ian Kiefer De Vera was one of the youngest participants in the Beyond Basics Photography Workshop. But age and experience are not hindrances to show talent. Quiet and shy, he was always the early bird; always the first to be at the function hall even before the 8 AM schedule. It just goes to show either his discipline as a person or his interest in photography.
Kiefer is a 4th year student at the Ateneo de Naga University and claimed that he got a brand new attachment with his camera after the workshop. His mom, Elaine Go-De Vera prodded him to go to the workshop and hoped hard that this will be the opportunity for his son to take an interest in photography; and she got her wish. :)
