To our April and May clients 🍂

The past months have been incredibly busy for us, and we’re truly grateful to have been fully booked throughout April and May. At the same time, we are currently upgrading and reorganizing our storage system to better secure and protect your photos and videos during our workflow and file handling process.

Because of the volume of shoots and projects we handled during that season, along with the ongoing storage transition, our editing and file release schedule has been affected. As we carefully transfer and back up files, some releases are taking a little longer than usual.

We know how exciting it is to receive your memories, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through everything with care.

This upgrade is something we’re doing to improve the security, reliability, and overall handling of your files moving forward.

Thank you so much for trusting us and for giving us the opportunity to tell your stories. We’re continuously working behind the scenes to deliver every output with the quality and attention it deserves. 🍂
