I am honored to be a part of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Region V's Project: CINCO – CSOs Inclusion and Collaboration towards Open Government Partnership (OGP), in partnership with Coalition for Bicol Development, Inc. (CBD).

The activity brought together representatives from National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Government Units (LGUs), academe, and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) from across the Bicol Region, fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration towards more open, inclusive, and responsive governance.

Together, we build stronger partnerships for a more transparent and empowered Bicol.
