Dropped by a newly opened local café here in Amadeo, Cavite. Unknown Cafe uses a Flair 58 Manual Espresso Maker—if I’m not mistaken. So, for those who want a rich coffee flavor, you might want to take your time and enjoy the shop’s aesthetic interior. This is a slow bar/cafe ;)

It was quite warm inside the café. I didn’t ask if they’re planning to install air conditioning, but they’ve been open for less than a month I believe. They also have a rooftop area, so if you want to experience the Tagaytay breeze, there’s a spot for you.

For those looking for a co-working space that doubles as a coffee shop, this location is perfect. Every table has a wall outlet. I purposely came here to work, hoping there would be a socket for my laptop—and luckily, there was. Lol.

By the way, this shop is actually a rebranded café. It was formerly Mrs. Coffee. Back during the pandemic, my brother-in-law really supported their products.

Will definitely come back soon bringing my family with me. Di ko natry yung pastries, di naman ako mahilig lol so sa baby ko nlng ipapatry.

PS: Just tried if my Canon 650D 50mm lens still works. Baklas nung nilabas ko from my bag lol. It gives a dreamy peg that I think bagay naman sa estetik ng shop.
