Filipino Style Meat Balls 🤤🤤🤤
Comfort food na simple pero super savory! Perfect with rice or bread ‼️

Ingredients:
• 500g ground beef
• 1 minced onion
• 1/2tsp Salt & 1/2tsp pepper
• 1 egg
• ½ cup breadcrumbs

For the sauce:
• 1 bulb garlic, finely chopped
• ½ kg tomatoes, chopped or food processed
• ½ kg onions, chopped or food processed
• Salt, liquid seasoning, and lots of ground pepper

Instructions:
1. Mix ground beef, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt & pepper until it forms a paste-like texture.
2. Shape into balls and pan-fry until browned. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onions, and tomatoes on medium heat until the tomatoes are fully cooked.
• Add a bit of water if needed.
• Cook until the color deepens, the tomatoes lose their sourness, and oil starts to render.
4. Season with salt, liquid seasoning, and plenty of pepper.
5. Add the beef balls back in and sauté for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and the oil separates.

Serve hot with rice — lasang lutong bahay, may linamnam ng kamatis at beef! ❤️🍽️

May batang naghahanap ng daddy. Alam nya kasi 6pm uwi na daddy nya from work. Eh ngayon hindi umuwi kasi may business trip. Nag aabang sa pinto si aleng maliit.
