Our UBLC Camera Club proudly conducted a Community Extension Service through an agritourism documentary featuring the inspiring bee farm of Ma’am Nena Silva and her amazing team.

Thank you for welcoming us, sharing your stories, and teaching us the beauty of beekeeping and community work. This experience gave us not just content to create, but lessons to bring with us. 📸

This year, we remember the 40th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution. One of the most defining moments in Philippine history. It was a time when ordinary Filipinos came together to stand for freedom, democracy, and the future of the nation.

From February 22 to 25, 1986, thousands gathered along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) in Metro Manila. People from different backgrounds: students, workers, families, and religious groups joined peacefully, offering prayers, support, and hope. Their unity showed that change can happen when citizens choose courage, solidarity, and peaceful action.

Forty years later, the story of People Power continues to serve as a reminder of the strength found in collective voice and shared purpose. It reflects how unity, faith, and determination can shape the direction of a nation.

As we look back on this historic event, may it encourage the present generation to stay aware, responsible, and committed to the values of democracy, respect, and civic participation. The lessons of the past continue to guide us in building a better future for the country
