Standing FIRM💪🩵
Looking back last September 26, 2026, THE FIRM held their Team Building with the theme: ᴇᴍᴘᴏᴡᴇʀᴇᴅ ᴛᴏ ʟᴇᴀᴅ: ᴀᴅᴠᴀɴᴄɪɴɢ ꜰɪɴᴀɴᴄɪᴀʟ ʟᴇᴀᴅᴇʀꜱʜɪᴘ ᴡɪᴛʜ ɪɴᴛᴇɢʀɪᴛʏ ᴀɴᴅ ᴠɪꜱɪᴏɴ.
Financial Management students are gathered to the program—bringing their dedication to learn, grow and listen. The program started with a prayer, followed by the national anthem, KLL Hymn and Lipeño Hymn.
After that, wisdom and guidance filled the hall as the guest speaker speaks. Developing students in building their strength and strategic visions as future leaders. Engaging them by playing games that can test their collaboration with each other. Eating in a traditional way—boodle fight that brought everyone together.🫶
From the shared meals of the Financial Students to their shared goals, they proved that when we move as one there are no limits on what we can achieve. For sure, they will carry the lessons they learned, the laughter and visions they got got from each other that keeps them dreaming and standing FIRM!📈💫🩵
