CMsquared Photography Studio is available for rent by the hour or in block time. A 12 sq/m studio located within a quiet residential area in Moonwalk Las Piñas it is ideal for south-based photographers who need a studio within the locale of Las Piñas, Parañaque, Muntinlupa and Bacoor, Cavite.

We can offer you rates that are lower than the usual prices since we would like it to be more affordable for photo hobbyists and for beginners who don’t have their own equipment.

RATES
Hourly
Monday until Saturday 9AM to 4PM Php 2,000/hour
Block Rate
Half Day Php 5,500 (half day is four hours; rent schedule should be within regular operating hours)
Full Day Php 10,000 (full day is seven hours; rent schedule should be within regular operating hours)
* Please note that pre-shoot preparations such as make up time and setting up of lights are included in the rental duration.
* We only accept cash payments.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Use of the following lighting/photographic equipment:
- Back drop
- 10' x 20' backgrounds up at all times (white, black and green). You can also bring and use your own background
- Two studio strobes
- Two Softboxes
- Two umbrellas
- Soft reflector
- Radio Trigger and synchronization cord with sync adapter (the studio has no liability caused by damage to your camera brought by incompatibility with our trigger and synchro cords)
* We will assist you with the equipment during the shoot.
OTHER FACILITIES:
- Toilet
- Make up table
- Full length mirror
- Sound system
BOOKING POLICIES:
You can reserve a date and time now to enable you to start coordinating and confirming the availability of your clients, models, subjects, etc. However, we can only hold your reservation for 24 to 48 hours, depending on the demand, until you confirm it. To confirm you reservation, a deposit of Php
2,000.00 is required to book the studio. Without confirmation, we retain our right to give priority to another client who can confirm their booking immediately.
CANCELATION/NO SHOW:
In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, the deposited amount cannot be refunded if changes are made less than 48 hours from the booked date and time. The same applies to no-shows. In the case of postponement or rebooking to another date, the deposited amount can be applied but valid for one time adjustment only.
