MOA SIGNING CEREMONY

The Kabankalan Catholic College, Inc.-College of Criminology proudly participated in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony spearheaded by the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office – NIR, held on April 20, 2026, at the President’s Hall of University of Negros Occidental Recoletos (UNO-Recoletos, Inc.).

Representing the institution were the College Dean, Carlito C. Magbanua, RCrim, MSCrim, JD, and the OJT Coordinator, Jersen E. Galvan, RCrim, MSCJ-Crim, whose presence reaffirmed the college’s dedication to strengthening academic linkages with partner law enforcement agencies.

The MOA signing marks a significant milestone for the College of Criminology as it opens greater opportunities for students in terms of on-the-job training (OJT), experiential learning, and professional exposure within the BJMP system. This partnership further enhances the institution’s commitment to producing competent, disciplined, and service-oriented criminology professionals.

Through this collaboration, Kabankalan Catholic College continues to uphold its mission of delivering quality education while fostering strong partnerships that contribute to community safety and nation-building.

The KCC–COC Conducted its daily scheduled formation, which was designed to evaluate proper marching, discipline, and command, as well as checking their attendance.

This activity was conducted by Criminology Officers and Brigade Staff, together with KCC–COC Dean and Faculty.
