Have you ever looked up from your phone and realized an hour has passed without you noticing? Or found yourself thinking about tomorrow’s to-do-list while sitting with friends or family? If so, you’re not alone.

In today’s fast paced world, many of us have lost track of time, not because we don’t have enough of it, but because we are rarely present in it. We live in a time where everything moves qu**ky. Messages come instantly, news update never stop, and we’re always planning the next thing. Feels like we are always running, chasing everything. But in all this rushing, we often forget to stop and actually live the moment we’re in.

The truth is, life only happens in the present. The past is gone, and the future isn’t here yet. If we’re always waiting for the “right time” to enjoy life, we might miss it altogether.

So try putting down your phone, notice the little things around you and most importantly, give that full attention to the people you care about.

Time is precious, and so is your presence. When we slow down and truly live each moment, we begin to see the beauty in everyday life - and that’s when we start to feel truly alive.
