On October 11,2024,the NCIP-SK team conducted Field-Based Investigation headed by energetic OIC- Provincial Officer at the same time our Legal Officer ATTY. HANNA PEARL D. VILLA-AGUSTIN together with ENGR. JESUS S. MATIAS our Provincial Engr. at the same time our Acting-Admin. Officer, Columbio CSC head ENGR. JESSIEREY A. LUMOSAD CDO III and staff HYDE B. SAVILLO TAA-I and MARIA FE D. CONTAYOSO Midwife II. Walked with us,the supportive Brgy. Chairman of Sto. Niño, Bagumbayan Hon. JULITO IÑION, the Minahang Bayan applicant Ms. Rosita Billiones and active IPS and IP leaders.The dedication and perseverance required to support Indigenous communities in their journey towards a better future. Even how far we ambled, it's a powerful reminder that even when progress seems slow, every step forward is meaningful. Walking alongside with Indigenous people in solidarity involves not only addressing current challenges but also respecting their history, culture, and rights.
This commitment requires a long-term vision, one that embraces cultural preservation, equitable opportunities, and reconciliation. Whether it’s through supporting land rights, environmental justice and the preservation of their traditions.

The Columbio Community Service Center headed by CDO III Norma Pico facilitated the Technical Review of ADSDPP of the Blaan ICCs/IPs of Brgy. Datalblao (CADC 074), Columbio, Sultan Kudarat at Regional Office, Koronadal City.

ADSDPP Consultant Sir Andy Pestano presented the data and reviewed/proofread by RHO Atty. Adolf Ryan Lantion, Acting TMSD Chief Jaime James Ramirez, ADSDPP FP Engr. Jessierey Lumosad and CAO II Protacio Pasahe Jr. SMI IP Affairs Supervisor Arnold San, LLB was also present during the technical review.
