This scenic place is called PANA-ON, part of Brgy. Bonbonon in the municipality of Siaton, Negros Oriental, 50 km south of Dumaguete City.

A road widening and concreting operation back in the late 2010s chiseled this lonely mountain into a majestic sight, like a lion king towering over a coast dominated by giant spiky rocks.

This place became automatic tourist attraction and favorite stopping point by motorcycle riders since the height of pandemic in 2020. Even the locals troop to this place spending time with their families and friends while watching the beautiful sunset.

You cannot see this beautiful view if you just travel by the national highway.

To pass through here, you need to take the alternate coastal route from Siaton to Zambobguita town (this is actually the old highway).

If you are traveling from Siaton, you need to turn right upon reaching a crossroad at Brgy. Inalad going to Malabuhan.

If you're traveling from Dumaguete, you need turn left at Brgy. Mayabon, Zamboanguita going through Brgy. Siit and Brgy. Bonbonon, the same road to pass through when going to Antulang. Another route is turning left at the crossroad in the national highway at Brgy. Napacao going to Bonbonon.
