We would like to respectfully remind and inform everyone that we have a clear and organized process in place when it comes to claiming printed photos. Our process from photo selection to printing and claiming is the result of years of experience. For over 20 years, this method has allowed us to serve our clients efficiently while maintaining the quality and consistency we are known for.
Once you have selected the photos you would like to print at our studio, please allow up to 3 days for us to process and prepare your order. This ensures we maintain the quality and accuracy of each print for all our clients.
âś… STEP 1: Visit the studio and select your preferred photos and you will then choose your preferred print size (5R or 4R).
⏳ STEP 2: Wait for 3 days processing time. This timeline is set to avoid unnecessary daily trips to our studio and to prevent crowding or miscommunication. It helps lessen the back-and-forth and gives our team time to ensure that your photos are processed correctly.
📦 STEP 3: Claim your printed photos after 3 days from the date of your selection.
Due to the high volume of photo printing requests during this peak season, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience. 🙏📸
We also remind everyone to be respectful when reaching out with questions or concerns. Should there be any confusion or clarification needed, we are more than willing to assist you.
