On 22 0730H August 2026, the ISAT U ROTC Unit, under the supervision of the 604th Community Defense Center, RESCOM, PA, successfully conducted its 2nd Week Regular Instruction at the ISAT U Parade Grounds.

The program commenced with the Invocation, followed by the Philippine National Anthem and the ISAT U Hymn, setting a solemn and dignified tone for the dayโ€™s proceedings.

Cadets were then organized by company and executed basic drills, reinforcing discipline, precision, and military bearing. This was followed by a decentralized lecture on the Legal Basis of ROTC, delivered by 1CLs, GMAs, and instructors, covering constitutional provisions, legal foundations, and the objectives of the ROTC program.

This activity reflects the unitโ€™s unwavering commitment to shaping disciplined, well-informed, and patriotic cadets ready to serve the nation.
