Please be guided accordingly regarding the Age Group Categories for the 4KM, 8KM, and 16KM categories of the NCC 10 Miler.

Age Group Categories:
• 16 – 29 years old
• 30 – 39 years old
• 40 – 49 years old
• 50 – 59 years old
• 60+ years old

Important Reminders:
• Overall winners are no longer eligible for age group awards.
• Age will be based on the participant’s age on race day.
• If a specific age bracket has fewer than three participants by the close of registration, the Race Organizer reserves the right to merge participants into the next youngest age category.
• Categories are strictly based on s*x assigned at birth.
• Winners must present a valid government ID for age and identity verification.
• Run the North reserves the right to request GPS device verification to confirm full course completion.

📢📢📢Official Bundle Guide

Once you reach a distance milestone in the series, you cannot select a shorter distance for the next race and maintain the bundle discount.

The 21K Exception: Runners who complete the 21K in the June Half Marathon are permitted to run the 21K again in the August Full Marathon to complete their bundle. Thus, you can repeat the 21KM distance in the final leg if you ran it in the June Half Marathon, but you cannot downgrade (e.g., if you ran 21K in June, you cannot run 10K in August).
