Narding Photography

Narding Photography Capturing moments and the beauty of nature through photographs. In my free time I enjoy drawing and playing musical instruments.

I graduated from a business degree, but in the recent years I have found meaning in doing development and relief work for a non-profit organization. My biggest hobby at the moment, however, is photography. I particularly enjoy capturing the beauty of nature and wildlife, as well as local culture and traditions. I want to share to the world my love for capturing these everyday things in my photogra

phs. Sometimes we overlook things that are common or ordinary. Not much screen time is given to the flowers of native grasses, compared to the magnificent roses that we often give to friends or put up on display. Or the now rare local animals, compared to the larger commercial varieties. Or the daily rituals of cooking or cleaning, compared to big festivals and celebrations. Yet these are part of our everyday lives, these things that we pass by and overlook. Sometimes they are even more valuable than those we celebrate or put on a pedestal. With my photography, I am sharing the underappreciated beauty of these local plants, insects, animals, people, places and their culture. I hope that through these images, you will be encouraged to take a closer look at the world around you and see it with fresh eyes.

When you fail,

Embrace it,
Feel it,
Reflect on it,
Learn from it.

Then, stand and try again

And succeed.

Rediscovering Hidden Landscape Part II.

These waterfalls are located in Brgy. Kalagonoy, Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental. We were trekking to visit the Pangugkogan Falls. Unfortunately, the local guides lost the original trail due to landslide. The local guides, together with my team, decided to do a river trek. As we went on, we were able to discover four other waterfalls.

A blessing in disguise.

PS. This happened in 2017. Late Upload.
